Refund Policy

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, due to the nature of each workshop session is custom made and the oils used cannot be resold.

We do offer a refund on cancelations if you cannot attend a workshop session, however written notification needs to be made 48 hours before the class is due to commence.

For Scent Collection perfumes, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with purchase receipt.
